Suspect accused in fatal March collision

A man from Wichita, Kansas, named Tony E. Epps, Jr. is facing charges related to a fatal accident that occurred on March 8. He has been charged with second-degree murder (unintentional but reckless) and driving while suspended. Police reported that the crash involved two men at the Maple and Osage intersection, resulting in the death of Rockney G. Lindemann and injuries to Epps. Epps is scheduled for his next court appearance on June 16 at 1:30 p.m. and has posted a $25,000 bail to be released from custody.
