Subpoena issued to trucking company by Florida attorney general after deadly turnpike collision

Florida's attorney general has requested more information from White Hawk Carriers, the employer of Harjinder Singh, the driver accused of causing a fatal U-turn on the Fort Pierce turnpike. Singh, who resides in California, was driving for White Hawk Carriers, a company no longer authorized to operate outside of California. Authorities have concerns regarding Singh's immigration status, proficiency in English, and eligibility for a commercial driver's license, which he obtained from both Washington state and California.
