REO Speedwagon vocalist Terry Luttrell was involved in a car accident after a reunion concert in Champaign, Illinois. The 78-year-old revealed to The News-Gazette that he fell asleep while driving, resulting in a cracked sternum from the airbag deployment. Despite some back and neck discomfort, Luttrell is in good spirits and expects to be in the hospital for a few more days for rehabilitation. He cherished the memorable concert experience and is grateful for the supportive fans. The band had previously announced their decision to halt touring due to internal conflicts. Kevin Cronin, who replaced Luttrell in the band, expressed his well wishes for Luttrell's recovery. Fox News Digital has reached out to REO Speedwagon for further comments.
