Six injured in crash on I-95 southbound in North Hampton

A collision on Interstate 95 southbound in North Hampton sent six individuals to a local hospital, as reported by authorities. The incident occurred on Sunday when a vehicle traveling northbound veered across the median and crashed into a southbound pickup truck. North Hampton Fire & Rescue responded to the scene shortly after 5 p.m., where two individuals required extraction from their vehicles before being taken to the hospital. The New Hampshire State Police announced the closure of the southbound side of the highway near mile marker 7.6, just before Exit 2 and the Hampton Tolls, to facilitate clearance of the accident. All lanes were reopened by 10 p.m., and further details are pending release.
