Six hospitalized after 2-car crash on Damascus highway

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Six people were hospitalized after a two-car crash in Damascus Friday morning, officials said. At around 8:45 a.m., Clackamas Fire & Rescue crews responded to Southeast Highway 212 and 232nd Drive on reports of a crash. When they arrived, they found a crash involving two cars and six people injured. Officials said five of the victims were all family members in the same car. All were taken to OHSU and Legacy Emanuel, including one via LifeFlight, authorities said. Their current conditions have not been released and it's unclear what caused the crash at this time.
