Serious Vancouver crash results in one fatality and one injury
A fatal accident occurred early Thursday morning in Vancouver, resulting in the death of a driver. The crash between a sedan and a truck happened near the 13900 block of Northeast 20th Avenue. The driver of the sedan was reportedly driving irresponsibly and passed away at the crash site. A passenger from the sedan was hospitalized, while the truck driver was unharmed. Alcohol is suspected to be a contributing factor. As an investigation continues, Northeast 20th Avenue is closed between Northeast 139th Street and Northeast 144th Street for an indefinite period. Authorities suggest avoiding the area during this time.
