Serious crash on Forrest Hills leaves one person critically injured
In Rockford, Illinois, Winnebago County Deputies have closed off an area on Forrest Hills following a serious multi-vehicle accident that resulted in one person sustaining critical injuries. The crash occurred at the intersection of Forrest Hills Road and Pleasant Valley Boulevard when a semi-truck was unable to stop in time, colliding with a grey car according to statements from Winnebago County Lieutenant Mike Weber. The truck, which sustained damage, also impacted two other vehicles that were adjacent to it during the initial collision, as clarified by the deputy. A person in critical condition was rushed to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
