A man from McLeansboro, Illinois, involved in a fatal off-road accident in Henderson, Kentucky, has accepted a plea deal. As part of the agreement, a DUI charge against Johnny Green was dropped due to the victim's family's wishes and his blood alcohol level being below the legal limit. Green admitted to improper lane usage, a minor offense in Illinois, and received a sentence of one year of court supervision and a $500 fine. The incident, which occurred last year in Wayne County, resulted in the death of a passenger when an off-road vehicle overturned.
