Semi overturned slows miles of traffic on I-81 in Cumberland County
Several miles of Interstate 81 northbound are slowed due to an overturned tractor-trailer in Carlisle, according to 511PA. Dispatch told CBS 21 the crash happened around 9:29 a.m. near the College Street exit on the interstate. An image from the scene showed a semi overturned in the median. It's unclear if anyone was injured in the crash, dispatch said. A lane restriction was put in place, per 511PA.
