School closed after fatal crash in York County.
A fatal single-vehicle accident in York County led to the closure of a local road on Friday morning, leaving one person dead and two others injured. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. on Friday, October 24, when a pickup truck crashed on Valley Road in Fairview Township. The passenger in the vehicle, identified as Dylan Ryan Millhouse, 23, of Etters, was ejected during the rollover accident, while two other individuals were found injured at the scene. The crash caused a power outage near Old Trail Intermediate School, prompting the West Shore School District to switch to remote learning for the day. The Fairview Township Police Department is currently investigating the incident, and the road has since reopened for travel.
