School bus flips over following crash with unmarked Sheriff's vehicle
Earlier today, a collision occurred between a Penn Yan Central School District Bluebird Bus and an unmarked sedan owned by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office in Rochester, NY. The incident left the school bus overturned. At the time, the bus was carrying three juveniles and a 62-year-old driver, while the unmarked car had two adult passengers. Local authorities responded to the scene promptly and reported that all injuries were minor. The occupants of the sheriff's car were en route to a training facility in Steuben County for a police officers' course. Both the school district and law enforcement agencies are working together to investigate the cause of the accident.
