School bus crash on South Side sends over 30 students to hospital
In Chicago, emergency services responded to a collision on Friday morning involving two school buses transporting students. The incident occurred near East 55th Street and South Woodlawn Avenue in Hyde Park on the city's South Side. The crash happened as a group of four buses were en route to the Museum of Science and Industry. While it is uncertain if all four buses were affected, at least two sustained damage. Approximately 30 to 31 students aboard the buses were transported to the hospital with minor injuries post-accident. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
