SC: State Troopers investigate deadly crash in Pickens County
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash in Pickens County.The crash happened Sunday evening on U.S. 123 near mile marker 7 around 5:30 p.m., according to troopers.State troopers say a driver in a truck ran off the left side of the road and hit the cable barrier median before overturning on the opposite side of the road.Troopers said the driver died at the scene and has not been identified.
