Saving motorcyclist in fatal Hoan Bridge crash was heartbreaking for healthcare workers.
A tragic incident occurred on Sunday night when a 21-year-old motorcyclist named Devon Davis lost his life in a crash on Milwaukee's Hoan Bridge. Despite the efforts of Good Samaritans, including a medical worker named Caesar Banks, who stopped to assist, Davis unfortunately did not survive. Banks, who was on his way to work, arrived at the scene just after 9 p.m. and with two other medical professionals, administered CPR and applied a tourniquet in an attempt to save Davis. Despite their best efforts, Davis was pronounced dead shortly before 10 p.m. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Banks, who was emotional reflecting on the incident, emphasized the unity among motorcycle riders and the importance of supporting one another in times of need. A vigil to honor Davis is scheduled for Monday night at Bender Park in Oak Creek.
