Sarpy County Sheriff's Office investigates fatal crash on Interstate 80
The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office investigates a fatal two-vehicle crash on Interstate 80.The incident happened on Sunday around 6:47 a.m. on Interstate 80 westbound at mile marker 429.Deputies said 29-year-old Omar Contreras was traveling westbound when his right front tire and wheel came apart from the car. Contreras stayed in one of the lanes after authorities said his vehicle was undrivable. Investigators said a semitruck hit Contreras's car.
