Safe recovery of 4 children from stolen car crash in Philadelphia

Four children were safely returned to their mother after their car was stolen from a laundromat and crashed in Philadelphia's neighborhood. The incident occurred when the mother was at King Laundromat on Castor Avenue. According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, a young individual took the car while it was running with the four children inside. The car crashed a short distance away, but fortunately, all children were unharmed. The suspect, described as a teenager dressed in dark clothing, fled the scene. The mother and older children were brought in as witnesses, while the police continue to search for the thief.
