Rudy Giuliani Injured in 'Serious' Car Crash

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was recently injured in a car crash that took place in New Hampshire. The accident occurred on the evening of August 30, 2025, after Giuliani had stopped to help a woman involved in a domestic violence incident. While he was on the highway, his vehicle was struck from behind at a high speed. Giuliani was taken to a nearby trauma center, where he was diagnosed with several injuries, including a fractured thoracic vertebrae, lacerations, contusions, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg. Giuliani's business partner and medical provider were quickly contacted and arrived at the hospital to oversee his care. Giuliani, who served as New York City Mayor from 1994 to 2001, is currently in good spirits and recovering well. He is expected to remain in the hospital for two to three more days before wearing a brace. Giuliani's loved ones and team appreciate the support and prayers during this time.
