Rudy Giuliani injured in car accident with spinal fracture, security chief reports

Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York, was involved in a car accident on Saturday evening, suffering various injuries including a spinal fracture. The head of Giuliani’s security, Michael Ragusa, provided details on the incident that occurred when Giuliani’s vehicle was rear-ended at high speed on a highway. New Hampshire State Police confirmed that both vehicles were significantly damaged, and are currently investigating the crash that took place on Interstate 93 southbound in Manchester. Giuliani was a passenger in the vehicle that was struck. Despite the severity of the accident, Ragusa mentioned that prior to the crash, Giuliani had stopped to assist a woman who was a victim of domestic violence. He stayed at the scene until police arrived. Although Giuliani sustained multiple injuries, Ragusa reassured that he is in good spirits and alert. His doctors are closely monitoring his progress. Andrew Giuliani, Rudy’s son, expressed gratitude for the well-wishes, acknowledging the support they have received after the incident.
