Rudy Giuliani hurt in car crash while assisting domestic violence victim

Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, was involved in a car accident in New Hampshire on Saturday night after stopping to assist a victim of domestic violence, according to his spokesperson Michael Ragusa. Following the collision, Giuliani was taken to a nearby trauma center for treatment. He sustained a fractured thoracic vertebra, along with cuts and bruises to his left arm and lower leg. Ragusa mentioned that before the accident, Giuliani had stopped to help the woman in distress and contacted emergency services. Despite the injuries he suffered in the accident, Giuliani is reported to be in good spirits and is recovering well. His son, Andrew, leading the White House’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Task Force, asked for continued thoughts and prayers for his father. Giuliani served as Mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001 and later worked as President Donald Trump’s attorney during his first term, promoting false claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
