RRPD: 1 dead, others injured in 10-vehicle crash on I-35 in Round Rock
AUSTIN (KXAN) — One person is dead, and three others were injured in a 10-vehicle crash that happened in Round Rock on Monday on Interstate 35, according to the Round Rock Police Department. Police said the crash closed all north and southbound lanes near RM 620. Three people were taken to local hospitals. RRPD posted on social media about the crash at 11:55 a.m. Monday. The Texas Department of Transportation said traffic is diverting to the frontage roads near U.S. 79. RRPD said to avoid the area and use an alternate route when possible.
