Road rage incident causes accident, injuries, near York-Poquoson: Deputies
YORK-POQUOSON, Va. (WAVY) - Deputies in the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office responded to an accident Tuesday that was a result of a road rage incident at 1500 George Washington Memorial Highway. The suspect in the incident, 51-year-old James William Elder, intentionally hit the victim and threw objects at the victim's car while driving. Deputies quickly located Elder's car at a Royal Farms and was placed under arrest after an investigation. Elder has been charged with: Elder is currently being held in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
