
Residents of Silver City seek accountability and ask driver to surrender following deadly accident.
Milwaukee Police are currently seeking the driver of a pickup truck that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a 48-year-old grandmother near 35th and Greenfield. Surveillance photos have been released by the police, showing a 2008 GMC pickup truck with Iowa license plate PZP172, believed to be the vehicle responsible for the crash. The truck may have sustained minor damage to the hood and/or grille. The victim, identified as Annette, was a beloved grandmother and mother known for her ability to bring laughter and joy to those around her. Witnesses to the incident expressed frustration over the prevalence of reckless driving in the Silver City neighborhood of Milwaukee.
