Rain blamed for deadly Franklin County crash

One person was killed in a traffic accident on Tuesday afternoon in Norwich Township, Ohio. The crash, believed to be rain-related, occurred on Feder Road south of Jones Road around 4:22 p.m. A 2006 Kia Spectra was heading northwest on Feder Road when the driver lost control due to the rainy conditions, causing the vehicle to slide sideways into the opposing lane where a 2025 Toyota Tacoma was traveling in the southeast direction.
