Providence police car crashes into another vehicle.
A police car in Providence was in a collision with another vehicle on Sunday while responding to a disturbance call involving a firearm. A video surveillance footage shows the incident occurring at the intersection of Broadway and Courtland Street, where the police cruiser collided with the other car. Fortunately, both the police officer and the individuals in the other vehicle were conscious when emergency personnel arrived and they were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Initial reports suggest they are expected to recover. The investigation into the accident is currently underway.
