Police: Woman discovered deceased in wreckage after crash in New Baltimore
A tragic incident occurred in Macomb County when a 31-year-old woman, who was reported missing after not returning from a pizza run on Sunday night, was discovered dead in a car crash the following day. The woman, who resided in Ira in Clay Township of St. Clair County, had informed someone around 10:30 p.m. that she was picking up a pizza in New Baltimore. The missing person report was filed after midnight, and at 6:45 a.m. the next day, authorities received a call about a vehicle that had collided with boats in a business lot near Anchor Bay. Upon arriving at the scene, police found the woman in the driver's seat and pronounced her deceased. The crash is presumed to have occurred between Sunday night and early Monday morning when the vehicle veered off M-29, hitting multiple boats. The investigation is ongoing.
