
Police: Six individuals injured in three-vehicle collision in Cecil County
A multiple-vehicle collision caused a temporary closure of Interstate-95 in Cecil County on Monday morning. The accident left four adults and two children injured. Maryland State Police reported that the collision involving three vehicles occurred around 6:30 a.m. near exit 100 at MD-272. The police stated that a Jaguar car was immobilized in the left lane, and it was hit by a Ford F-350 for reasons yet to be determined. Subsequently, the Ford was struck by a Toyota Tacoma towing a boat. One child was airlifted to a nearby hospital, while the remaining five victims, comprising four adults and another child, were transported by ambulance. The interstate reopened for traffic at approximately 9:45 a.m. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
