Police seeks public help with SH-121 fatal crash.
The Grapevine Police Department is seeking the public's help with a fatal crash investigation that occurred at 5 a.m. on Friday at SH-121 at Stone Myers Parkway. The incident led to the closure of this section of the highway for several hours, impacting traffic flow. According to GPD, the crash involved a sedan traveling north on the highway that struck a guardrail, flipped over the barrier, and entered the southbound lanes. Following the rollover, the sedan was subsequently struck by two other vehicles, resulting in the death of the sedan's driver. To assist with the investigation, GPD is urging any witnesses to come forward promptly. Additionally, businesses in the vicinity are encouraged to reach out if they have surveillance footage of the accident. Information or tips can be emailed to the authorities. One of the drivers involved was hospitalized with minor injuries, while the other was unharmed. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
