Police report person injured in rollover crash, causing I-88 closures.
A single-vehicle rollover crash on Saturday led to one person being injured and hospitalized after being airlifted from the scene on eastbound I-88 near Milepost 108 in Elburn, Illinois. The incident caused lane closures for westbound traffic, with vehicles being redirected to Route 47 while crews worked to clear the crash site. About an hour later, the right shoulder was reopened to traffic. The Illinois State Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash, as well as the identity of the driver and the extent of the injuries sustained.
