Police report death of 37-year-old man in Michigan interstate crash.
A tragic incident occurred in Horton Township, Michigan, when a 37-year-old man lost his life in a car accident on Interstate 75 near Greenwood Road. The Michigan State Police reported that the man's pickup truck slid off the slushy road, struck a tree, and he was subsequently taken to the hospital where he sadly passed away. Two dogs in the vehicle were safely removed by Ogemaw County Animal Control and taken to a shelter in West Branch, Michigan. Horton Township is located about 162 miles northwest of Detroit.
