Police in Sacramento detained the driver of a stolen SacRT Flex vehicle after a chase that resulted in a crash involving several vehicles on Tuesday afternoon. The pursuit began near El Camino and Howe avenues. Footage from LiveCopter 3 showed the aftermath of the crash at Fulton Avenue and Auburn Boulevard near Business 80 involving at least three vehicles. SacRT Flex is a service provided by Via and offers on-demand neighborhood shuttle service for qualified riders, including seniors, low-income individuals, and persons with disabilities.
