Police in Houston probe deadly crash on Tuesday morning
The Houston Police Department has not yet released the name of a 39-year-old man who tragically lost his life in a car accident on the South Loop East early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred at around 1:10 a.m. near the Scott Street exit. According to HPD, the crash was caused by a pickup truck veering out of its lane and colliding with a ramp barrier. Sadly, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The department has not provided details on what led to the driver losing control of the truck and has chosen to withhold the victim's identity until their family has been notified.
