
Police identify driver believed to be responsible for fatal collision near I-225 and Iliff
The individual who has been identified as the driver responsible for causing a deadly crash in Colorado by allegedly speeding, running a red light, and colliding with another car has been named as Don Phan. The tragic incident, resulting in the death of a 25-year-old driver whose identity has not been disclosed, occurred in the vicinity of Iliff Avenue and Interstate 225. According to Aurora police, Phan faces multiple charges, including felony vehicular homicide and eluding, as a result of the collision, which left the victim's vehicle severely damaged. Authorities stated that Phan was stopped by an officer for speeding on Interstate 225 but attempted to evade capture, leading to the fatal crash at Blackhawk Street when he exited at Iliff.
