Police: Driver veered into opposite lane in fatal collision
Pennsylvania State Police reported that a 31-year-old man lost his life in a collision in Lancaster County on Saturday night. The tragic incident involving two vehicles occurred at 11:13 p.m. on Black Barren Road in Fulton Township. The victim, identified as Austin Owens of Newark, Delaware, was driving his Honda Accord when he crossed into oncoming traffic, crashing into a Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, Owens was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner as he was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the CR-V sustained minor injuries to her chest and neck.
