Police car in overnight collision
In Shaker Heights, Ohio, a local road was closed temporarily during the night following a collision involving a police car. The incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday in the 15900 block of Van Aken Boulevard, close to Lee Road. Footage from the site displays significant damage to the rear of the Shaker Heights police cruiser. An observer at the scene mentioned that the other vehicle involved came to rest on the adjacent RTA tracks. Emergency Medical Services transported the Shaker Heights police officer, but a photographer from FOX 8 stated that the officer was seen walking around at the location.
