Police Arrested Man for DUI in Deadly Lynnhaven Road Collision
A man was charged with a DUI after a tragic collision on Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach. Police responded to the crash scene on May 24, where it was determined that Eddie Feliciano's vehicle was hit by another vehicle that ran a stop sign at Bowling Green Drive. Feliciano was seriously injured and later passed away at a local hospital. The driver of the second vehicle, Billy Fields, 34, was arrested and faces multiple charges including involuntary manslaughter (DUI), driving under the influence (first offense), refusal of blood/breath test (first offense), reckless driving, and failure to obey traffic signs. The incident is still being investigated by authorities.
