Plane crash at Stearman causes no injuries to car occupants

A plane's landing gear struck a car, causing it to flip at Stearman Field Bar & Grill in Benton. Fortunately, no one was injured in the crash, which occurred in the evening. The pilot and passenger of the plane, as well as the driver of the Toyota car, escaped major injuries, although the car was severely damaged. The incident unfolded when the Boeing E75 Stearman aircraft was landing and its gear made contact with the car, sending it onto its top wing. The driver of the car described feeling and hearing the impact before seeing the plane and broken glass. Despite suffering minor scratches, she was grateful the outcome wasn't worse.
