Person taken away in handcuffs after 2-car crash in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A crash between a car and SUV in Providence ended with one person taken away in handcuffs. The incident occurred just before 10:30 p.m. on Broadway near the I-95 overpass. A 12 News photographer at the scene said Rhode Island State Police and Johnston police were there, focused on a grey car that crashed into a pole. A sign nearby was also knocked down.
