The incident took place at about 6:20 a.m. on Mexico Road near Stoll Lane, to the west of Spencer Road, involving a Nissan Sentra. Details reveal that the man, aged 35, tried to cross Mexico Road and was struck by the eastbound Nissan. His injuries were severe and life-threatening, prompting his immediate transportation to a nearby hospital. The driver of the Nissan stayed at the scene and is providing assistance to officials in their investigation of the accident. Traffic flow on Mexico Road was disrupted for a significant period as authorities looked into the crash, with the St. Peters Accident Reconstruction Team involved in determining the sequence of events.
