A crash in Florence has caused a complete blockage on one side of Interstate 71/75, prompting the response of multiple Boone County emergency crews near Exit 178. Cameras from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet indicate that all northbound lanes are closed due to the crash site, with traffic diverting onto Mount Zion Road.
