Overturned crane truck crash in Redwood City leads to driver’s arrest
(KRON) -- The driver of a crane truck that overturned in a crash in Redwood City Wednesday morning was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP Redwood City said officers responded to the solo-vehicle crash at 6:50 a.m. on northbound Interstate 280, south of Page Mill Road. CHP said the truck overturned on its right side and blocked the Nos. 3 and 4 lanes. The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
