OSHA probes construction incident at State College medical facility
An investigation is currently being conducted by a federal agency into a construction incident at a State College hospital involving roofing contractors. The U.S. Department of Labor's OSHA responded to the accident at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, and they have initiated an inspection of the employer, Alliance Exterior Construction Inc. from Baltimore, Maryland. According to OSHA's Deputy Regional Director Joanna Hawkins, they have up to six months to complete their investigation.
