One person killed in fiery collision closing Griffin Road in Davie, as per authorities.
A fatal crash in Broward County led to the closure of Griffin Road on Sunday afternoon, according to authorities. The incident took place around 2:30 p.m. near 15200 Griffin Rd. Davie Police were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident, one of which was fully engulfed. Sadly, one person lost their life in the crash. As a result, westbound Griffin Road has been shut down at Southwest 148th Avenue, and access to Interstate 75 from Griffin Road is restricted for both east and westbound traffic, as reported by Davie Police.
