One injured in South Fayette crash on I-79
A single individual was hospitalized after an accident on Interstate 79 in South Fayette Township. The incident occurred a little after 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the northbound lanes when a vehicle collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer.
