One fatality in Racine County motorcycle accident
A tragic incident occurred in Racine County on Friday afternoon, June 6, resulting in the loss of a motorcyclist's life near Britton Road and Washington Avenue in the town of Dover. Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 3:15 p.m. The Kansasville Fire & Rescue Department reported that the motorcyclist, who was traveling west on Washington Avenue, veered off the road and collided with fixed objects, sustaining severe injuries. Despite efforts by Flight for Life and first responders, the motorcyclist did not survive. Traffic in the area was temporarily halted by Racine County sheriff's deputies for investigation purposes. As of now, the identity of the motorcyclist has not been disclosed.
