Oklahoma man passes away after boating accident
Authorities say a man has died following an accident at Kerr Reservoir in Sequoyah County. Around 7:30 p.m. on May 30, emergency crews were called to the Kerr Reservoir following a near drowning incident. Officials say 47-year-old Richard Chambers fell and hit his head on a boat. The impact caused him to lose consciousness and fall face down into the water. Around 6 p.m. on Friday, authorities say Chambers passed away from his injuries.
