
Officials: NH woman charged with DWI after car crashes on top of guardrail
A New Hampshire woman is charged with DWI after the car she was driving crashed and landed on top of a guardrail, officials said.The New Hampshire State Police said around 10 p.m. Thursday, they received a few calls about a car that hit multiple guardrails on Everett Turnpike near Exit 13. Officials said they got another call shortly after about a wrong-way driver on Route 101 in Bedford.>> Download the free WMUR app to get updates on the go: Apple | Google Play <<State police said troopers later found the driver, identified as Alyssa Jones, 23, of Hampton, who crashed the Honda Accord she was driving on top of a guardrail on Route 101. Officials said the car had multiple flat tires and was facing the wrong way.State police also said Jones struck another vehicle on the Everett Turnpike near Exit 11 prior to her crashing into the guardrail.Jones was arrested and charged with DWI and felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, according to officials.
