Numerous people hurt in accident outside East Hollywood club

Early Saturday morning in East Hollywood, dozens of people were injured in a car attack outside a nightclub along Santa Monica Boulevard. The Los Angeles City Fire Department's Capt. Adam Van Gerpen reported that a vehicle drove into a crowd of people waiting to enter the establishment. The incident left at least three individuals in critical condition, with 30 others sustaining injuries, including one person with a gunshot wound. The majority of those awaiting entry were women. The driver also hit a taco truck and a valet stand. It is unclear whether the crash was intentional or what the motive behind it may have been.
