
Northbound Interstate 25 reopens in Northern Colorado after deadly wrong way crash
The northbound lanes of Interstate 25 reopened Saturday morning near Fort Collins hours after an early morning crash that killed two people, according to Colorado State Patrol.The crash was first reported just after 1 a.m. after a driver was going south in the northbound lanes of I-25, according to CSP. That driver, who has not yet been identified, hit another vehicle, causing a four-car crash.Two people died at the scene and several others were treated for minor injuries, according to CSP. No one was taken to the hospital.I-25 reopened around 9 a.m.The exact cause and circumstances surrounding the crash are now under investigation.
