NOPD investigating fatal collision in Algiers
The New Orleans Police Department is currently looking into a deadly collision that occurred in Algiers. The incident took place at the intersection of General Meyer Avenue and Sirley Drive just before 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, involving a traffic accident. Authorities reported that a vehicle and a motorcycle crashed at the intersection. A victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries.
