No one harmed in solo car accident close to Versailles
Image courtesy of Versailles Fire Rescue A roadway near Versailles, Indiana had to be shut down due to a traffic incident that occurred on Thursday afternoon. The Versailles Firefighters arrived at the scene at around 3:47 p.m., which was approximately two miles east of Versailles. When they arrived, they found the vehicle off the road and on fire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash. Assistance at the accident site was provided by Ripley County EMS, Indiana State Police, Ripley County Sheriff's Office, and Indiana Conservation Officer.
